
Requirements for our volunteers
We are looking for committed and responsible individuals who align with our mission to improve children’s sleep health in Mongolia.
All volunteers are expected to:
- Have a basic understanding of, or genuine interest in, children’s sleep health and our NGO’s mission
- Demonstrate dedication, honesty, and accountability in their work
- Have good time management and the ability to meet agreed deadlines
- Be reliable and consistent in communication and task completion
- Be able to commit approximately 7–10 hours per week (depending on role and availability)
- Preferably have a working level of English (not mandatory, but an advantage)

What You Will Gain
Upon successful completion of your volunteer period, you will receive:
- An official certificate of participation
- A letter of recommendation (based on performance and contribution)
- Hands-on experience working in a growing health-focused NGO
- The opportunity to develop practical skills in areas such as communication, research, content creation, and program support
- Direct exposure to how an NGO is built and operated, including real-world insights into program development, partnerships, and impact work
- Exposure to real-world projects that contribute to meaningful social impact
This is an opportunity to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience while contributing to an important cause.
Transportation or meal support may be provided for in-person activities, depending on role and availability.
